I’m Sinan, a senior software engineer living in the Netherlands. My work sits somewhere between backend engineering, operational systems and helping teams do difficult work without losing themselves in the process.

Outside work, I sail, renovate an old house, mentor aspiring developers and try to pay attention to what experience is teaching me. This site is where those threads meet.
